Ms. Ursula M. Burns was Chairwoman (2010-2017) and Chief Executive Officer (2009-2016) of Xerox Corporation and later Chairwoman and CEO of VEON Ltd. from 2018 to 2020. She has served on the boards of American Express, ExxonMobil, Uber Technologies and Nestle, and holds bachelor's and master's degrees in mechanical engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University and Columbia University.
