George C. Bobb III has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Teledyne since April 28, 2025, and was appointed to the Board on October 21, 2025.
Prior to that, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Teledyne since January 1, 2024, and prior to that served as Segment President of Teledyne's Aerospace and Defense Electronics Segment, with executive leadership responsibility for the Marine Instrumentation group, the Engineered Systems Segment, Teledyne Scientific & Imaging, and Teledyne's Information Technology function. He first joined Teledyne in 2008 and held more than 18 years of experience with the Company.
Before Teledyne, Mr. Bobb was Deputy Chief of Staff of the National Security Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and served as Counsel for National Security Law and Policy. He had been an active-duty U.S. Coast Guard officer and served as Commanding Officer of the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Marlin.
