Robert Mehrabian is Executive Chairman of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, with primary responsibility to manage the affairs of the Board and to manage and direct mergers and acquisition activities, strategic planning, technology and margin expansion initiatives of Teledyne.

He was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer from October 15, 2021 to December 31, 2023. Prior to that he was Teledyne's Executive Chairman starting January 1, 2019, and before that Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer starting in 2000 (and President and Chief Executive Officer since Teledyne's formation in 1999).

He is a member of The National Academy of Engineering. Effective December 16, 2025, Teledyne and Dr. Mehrabian entered into a Ninth Amended and Restated Employment Agreement with a term continuing through December 31, 2028, setting base salary at $1,300,000 effective January 1, 2026.
