Kathleen Wilson-Thompson has been a Tesla director since 2018 and brings extensive executive and board experience at both consumer-focused and industrial companies, along with expertise in human resources, employment law and operations at mature companies with large workforces.
She served as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Human Resources Officer of Walgreens Boots Alliance from December 2014 until her retirement in January 2021, and earlier held various legal and operational roles at The Kellogg Company from January 1991 to December 2009. She holds an A.B. in English Literature from the University of Michigan and a J.D. and LL.M. from Wayne State University.
