On the GC Transition Date he transitioned to a non-executive position and was succeeded by Matthew Forsyth; under a Transition Agreement dated February 3, 2026 he remained a non-executive employee until June 7, 2026 and then served as a non-employee consultant to the company until September 7, 2026.
