Dr. Miriam Provost has served as TransMedics' Vice President of U.S. Regulatory and FDA Relations since February 2018, after serving as a key regulatory consulting advisor to the company for over three years, and was a named executive officer in the 2021 and 2022 fiscal years.

She has over 23 years of experience in medical device regulatory affairs; prior to joining TransMedics she was a Senior Regulatory Consultant at the Biologics Consulting Group, Inc.

Earlier she spent 13 years as a reviewer and manager at the FDA across a variety of roles; she holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
