Stephen Gordon served as TransMedics' Chief Financial Officer since March 2015 and as Treasurer and Secretary since March 2019, until he was succeeded by Gerardo Hernandez effective December 2, 2024; he then remained a non-executive employee until March 31, 2025 and a non-employee senior advisor until March 31, 2026.
Prior to joining TransMedics he was Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis at Analogic Corporation, a medical device and security technology company, from 2010 to 2015, and earlier held financial leadership positions at Hologic, Inc., Cytyc Corporation, Maxtor Corporation and Hewlett-Packard Company.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Boston University.
