Jennifer S. Banner is an independent director and an Audit Committee financial expert. A certified public accountant with 22 years in public accounting, she brings deep accounting, tax and financial-reporting expertise to the board.
She is a former Chief Executive Officer of the Schaad Family Office, LLC and its affiliate Schaad Companies, LLC, and former President and CEO of Schaadsource, LLC. She is an Industry Research Fellow at the MIT Center for Information Systems Research (MIT CISR) and a consultant to the University of Tennessee Haslam College of Business.
