Erin McSweeney has served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of UnitedHealth Group since March 2022. She previously served as chief of staff to the Office of the Chief Executive from 2021 to 2022 and as EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Optum from 2017 to 2021, and before joining the Company was EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer for EMC Corporation.
