Mr. Liebbe served Ventas for approximately 20 years, including 10 years as Chief Accounting Officer. On February 16, 2026 he informed the Company he was resigning to pursue other opportunities, with his last day of employment February 27, 2026. His resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company regarding accounting practices or financial reporting.
