Joe V. Rodriguez, Jr. is an Independent Director of Ventas (since 2024) and a member of the Nominating, Governance and Corporate Responsibility Committee. He brings significant experience across capital markets, finance and portfolio management with more than 40 years of experience.
As one of six Founding Partners of Invesco Real Estate, Mr. Rodriguez helped grow the firm from $1B to $90B AUM over 30 years. He was appointed to the Ventas Board on March 4, 2024 in connection with a cooperation agreement with Land & Buildings Investment Management.
