Matthew J. Lustig is an Independent Director of Ventas (since 2011) and Chair of the Investment Committee. He brings over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry and first-hand real estate investor perspectives.
Mr. Lustig has played an active role in more than $400 billion of advisory assignments and transactions involving real estate companies and oversaw multiple funds at Lazard, including Lazard Senior Housing Partners, with over $2.5 billion of equity capital invested in REITs and real estate operating companies.
