Roxanne M. Martino is Lead Independent Director of Ventas (director since 2016; appointed Lead Independent Director effective following the 2024 Annual Meeting), Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Nominating, Governance and Corporate Responsibility Committee.
She brings extensive experience as an institutional investor, chief executive and industry leader, having managed over $14 billion in assets as Investment Committee Chair and CEO of Aurora Investment Management. She was inducted into the InvestHedge Hall of Fame and recognized as one of the 50 Leading Women in Hedge Funds by the Hedge Fund Journal.
