Sean P. Nolan is an Independent Director of Ventas (since 2019) and a member of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating, Governance and Corporate Responsibility Committee. He brings 35 years of experience in the life sciences industry as a public company executive, operator and serial entrepreneur.
Mr. Nolan previously served as CEO of AveXis, which he grew from four employees to a fully integrated global public company that was ultimately sold to Novartis for $8.7 billion.
