Anne H. Chow is an independent director of 3M and former Chief Executive Officer of AT&T Business.
As CEO of AT&T Business (2019-2022), a division of AT&T, Ms. Chow led a global organization of over 35,000 employees serving nearly 3 million business customers across 200 countries and territories, generating more than $35B in annual revenue. During her 32-year career at AT&T (1990-2022) she guided numerous digital and cross-functional transformations, including as Senior Vice President of Global Solutions & Sales Operations (2014-2015). She served on the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and is a Senior Fellow and Adjunct Professor of Executive Education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Ms. Chow has a B.S. and M.S. in electrical engineering and an MBA from Cornell University.
