Kyle B. Levine is Executive Vice President Corporate and Public Affairs, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary of Alaska Air Group and Alaska Airlines, Corporate Secretary of Horizon Air Industries, Inc., and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer of Alaska Air Group. He is a member of Air Group's Management Executive Committee.
Mr. Levine was elected Executive Vice President Corporate and Public Affairs and Chief Legal Officer of Alaska Air Group and Alaska Airlines in September 2025. He had previously served as Corporate Secretary of Alaska Air Group and Alaska Airlines since August 2017, Corporate Secretary of Horizon Air Industries since January 2020, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer since January 2016, and General Counsel of Alaska Air Group and Alaska Airlines since January 2016.
Mr. Levine joined Alaska Airlines in February 2006 and has served in several roles, including Senior Attorney from February 2006 to July 2009, Associate General Counsel and Managing Director Commercial Law and General Litigation from July 2009 to February 2011, Deputy General Counsel and Managing Director Legal from February 2011 to January 2016, Vice President Legal from January 2016 to January 2020, and Senior Vice President Legal from January 2020 to August 2025.
