Graham Smith has served as a director of Axon Enterprise, Inc. since 2023 and is Chair of its Audit Committee. He has served on the board of directors of Procore Technologies, Inc., a provider of cloud-based construction management software, since 2020, and on the board of GoDaddy, Inc. since 2024.
Mr. Smith previously served as chair of the board of directors of Splunk Inc. from March 2019 through March 2024, and as a member of its board from 2011 through 2024, including as interim CEO of Splunk from November 2021 to April 2022. He served in various leadership positions at salesforce.com, inc. from 2007 to 2015, including as Chief Financial Officer and most recently as Executive Vice President. Prior to joining Salesforce, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Advent Software Inc. from 2003 to 2007.
Mr. Smith previously served on the boards of directors of BlackLine, Inc. (2015-2022), Citrix Systems, Inc. (2015-2018), MINDBODY, Inc. (2015-2019, acquired by Vista Equity Partners), Xero Limited (2015-2020), Slack Technologies, Inc. (2018-2021, acquired by salesforce.com), and Elliott Opportunity II Corp. (June to December 2021). He holds a B.Sc. from Bristol University in England and qualified as a chartered accountant in England and Wales.
