Patricia B. Morrison is an independent director of Baxter International, serving on the Board since 2019. She serves on the Audit Committee and chairs the Nominating, Corporate Governance and Public Policy Committee.
Ms. Morrison is the former Executive Vice President, Customer Support Services and Chief Information Officer of Cardinal Health, Inc., a global integrated healthcare services and products company, where she led global technology operations and customer support functions from 2009 to 2018. Before Cardinal Health, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Mainstay Partners, a technology advisory firm, from 2008 to 2009.
Earlier in her career, she served as Chief Information Officer of both Motorola, Inc. and Office Depot, Inc., and held senior-level information technology positions at General Electric Company, PepsiCo, Inc., The Procter & Gamble Company and The Quaker Oats Company. She was named the 2007 CIO of the Year by the Executive's Club of Chicago and the Association of Information Technology Professionals, and was inducted into the CIO Magazine Hall of Fame in 2008. Ms. Morrison currently serves on the board of directors of Amerant Bancorp Inc.
