Mr. Campo co-founded Camden's predecessor companies in 1982 and has been a trust manager since Camden was formed in 1993. He served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer from 1993 until March 2026, when he became Executive Chairman of the Board. Before Camden he worked in the finance department of Century Development Corporation, and he holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Oregon State University.

Mr. Oden co-founded Camden's predecessor companies in 1982 and has been a trust manager since 1993. He has served as Executive Vice Chairman of the Board since July 2019, having previously served as President of the Company from 1993 to 2019 and again from December 2021 to April 2024. He holds both a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Jessett has been Chief Executive Officer of Camden since March 2026 and a trust manager since 2026. He joined Camden in 1999 and served as its Chief Financial Officer for more than 13 years, most recently as President and Chief Financial Officer from 2024 to March 2026. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in finance from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in finance from the University of Houston.

Mr. Benito has been an independent trust manager of Camden since 2022. He is a private investor and was previously General Manager of KFC Latin America and the Caribbean at Yum! Brands, Inc., where he also served as Chief Strategy Officer, and earlier held Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer roles at KFC USA and Starwood Hotels and Resorts. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of California - San Diego and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Ms. Brunner has been an independent trust manager of Camden since 2017 and chairs the Audit Committee. She has been Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of WP Engine, Inc., a private cloud content management services company, since October 2013, and previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Bazaarvoice. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Economics from Trinity University.

Mr. Gibson has been an independent trust manager of Camden since 2020. He serves as Chief Executive Officer, Capital Markets, Americas of Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc., and previously was Executive Managing Director, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HFF, Inc. before its 2019 acquisition by Jones Lang LaSalle. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Ingraham has been an independent trust manager of Camden since 1998. He is co-owner of Zuma Capital, a private equity and angel investing firm, and was co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Rent.com until its 2005 sale to eBay; he previously served as President and CEO of Oasis Residential, Inc. until its 1998 merger with Camden. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Khator has been an independent trust manager of Camden since 2017 and chairs the Compensation Committee. She has been Chancellor of the University of Houston System and President of the University of Houston since January 2008, and previously served as Provost and Senior Vice President of the University of South Florida. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Kanpur University in India and a Master's Degree and Ph.D. in Political Science and Public Administration from Purdue University.

Ms. Sevilla-Sacasa has been an independent trust manager of Camden since 2011 and chairs the Nominating, Corporate Governance, and Sustainability Committee. She is a private investor and was Chief Executive Officer of Banco Itaú International in Miami from 2012 to 2016, having earlier served as President of U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Miami and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Mr. Webster has been an independent trust manager of Camden since 1993. He has been active in venture capital and later-stage energy investing throughout his career, founding Falcon Drilling Company and co-founding Carrizo Oil & Gas, Basic Energy Services and Hercules Offshore, and co-founding and managing Avista Capital Partners. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSIM degree from Purdue University.

Mr. Westbrook has been an independent trust manager of Camden since 2008 and Lead Independent Trust Manager since 2017. He has been President and CEO of KRW Advisors, LLC, a consulting and advisory firm, since 2007, and previously served in Chairman, Chief Strategic Officer, President and CEO roles at Millennium Digital Media Systems, LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Washington and a Juris Doctor Degree from Harvard University.

Ms. Baker has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Camden since March 2026, having previously been Executive Vice President - Chief Operating Officer from December 2021 to March 2026 and Executive Vice President - Operations from April 2019 to December 2021. She joined Camden in February 2012 as Senior Vice President - Fund and Asset Management.

Mr. Fraker has served as Executive Vice President - Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Camden since March 2026. He previously served as Senior Vice President - Finance, and Treasurer from April 2024 to March 2026, and as Vice President - Finance, and Treasurer from March 2020 to April 2024, after joining Camden's finance organization in February 2013.
