Deborah H. Butler is the retired Executive Vice President of Planning and Chief Information Officer of Norfolk Southern Corporation, a rail transportation company, a role she held from 2007 to 2015. She has been a director of CMS Energy and Consumers Energy since 2015.
Earlier in her career at Norfolk Southern she served as Vice President of customer services.
