Ralph Izzo is the retired Chairman, President and CEO of Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated (PSEG), a diversified energy company, where he served as Chairman, President and CEO from 2007 to 2022 and as Executive Chair in 2022. He has been a director of CMS Energy and Consumers Energy since 2023.
Izzo joined Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G), an operating subsidiary of PSEG, in 1992 and held several executive positions within the PSEG family of companies before becoming Chairman, President and CEO in April 2007. He is qualified to serve on the Board based on the knowledge and experience acquired throughout his more than 30 years in the electric and gas business, and he serves on various boards and committees related to electric and gas services.
