Rose Marie Glazer served as a member of the Corebridge Financial Board of Directors as a designee of American International Group, Inc. (AIG) from 2024, sitting on the Compensation and Management Development, Nominating and Corporate Governance, and Risk Committees. She has been AIG's Executive Vice President and General Counsel since 2023, after serving as AIG's Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources & Diversity Officer (2022-2023) and Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Deputy General Counsel (2017-2022).
Earlier she was Senior Vice President and General Counsel - Americas at Siemens AG (2011-2017), held legal leadership roles at Siemens PLM Software (2004-2011), and served as general counsel at Televista, Allied Riser Communications, and in legal roles at American Airlines and Jones Day. She resigned from the Board effective as of the close of business on March 23, 2026 following the Company's repurchase of common stock from AIG and AIG's waiver of its board-designation rights; her resignation was not related to any disagreement with the Company.
