Edward B. Adams, Jr. serves as Crown Castle's Executive Vice President and General Counsel, a role he was appointed to effective February 21, 2023.
He has held several roles with the company since joining in October 2016 as VP—Litigation, including SVP and Interim General Counsel, SVP—Legal and VP—Legal. Before joining Crown Castle he was a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP, representing clients in a variety of litigation matters.
