He was previously EVP and President of the Business Services Division at Altice USA, where he held full P&L and operating responsibility and led the integration of three business-to-business organizations following the $20 billion acquisition of Cablevision. He earlier held senior leadership positions at Suddenlink Communications, Cox Communications, Choice One Communications and Xerox, and in 2020 advised Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners on a $3.2 billion fiber-infrastructure acquisition.

He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
