Kevin T. Kabat has been a Crown Castle director since 2023 and serves on the Compensation and Human Capital and Nominating & Governance Committees.
He spent more than three decades in financial services, most prominently at Fifth Third Bancorp, where he was CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board and led the company through the 2008 financial crisis and subsequent recovery. He earlier held a range of management and executive positions at Old Kent Financial Corporation, including Vice Chairman and President.
He holds a B.S. from Johns Hopkins University and an M.S. from Purdue University.
