Maryrose Sylvester is an independent director of Flex and a member of its Compensation and People Committee. From June 2019 to August 2020 she served as U.S. Managing Director and U.S. Head of Electrification of ABB Ltd, a global technology company operating in electrification, robotics, power, and automation.
She previously spent more than 30 years at GE in a broad range of leadership roles, including President and CEO of Current, a digital power service business (2015 to June 2019); President and CEO of GE Lighting (2011 to 2015); and President and CEO of GE Intelligent Platforms, an industrial automation provider (2006 to 2011). Her GE tenure also included global supply chain roles such as Director of Sourcing for GE Lighting in Budapest, Hungary, and Global Sourcing Director for GE Lighting.
She currently serves on the boards of Harley-Davidson, Inc., Vontier Corporation, and Waste Management, Inc.
