Revathi Advaithi has served as Chief Executive Officer of Flex since February 11, 2019. Before joining the company she was President and Chief Operating Officer, Electrical Sector, of Eaton Corporation plc, a power management company, a role she had held since September 2015, having earlier served as President of Electrical Sector, Americas of Eaton from 2012 to 2015.
She first joined Eaton in 1995 and led the company's Electrical Sector across the Americas and Asia-Pacific, including a three-year assignment in Shanghai, before returning in 2008 as Vice President and General Manager of the Electrical Components Division. Between 2002 and 2008 she worked at Honeywell, where she held several senior sourcing and supply chain roles in the aerospace sector and was named Vice President and General Manager of Honeywell's Field Solutions business in 2006.
Ms. Advaithi holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India, and an MBA in international business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona. She serves on the board of directors of Uber Technologies, Inc.
