Patrick J. Ward is an independent director of Flex and serves on its Audit Committee and Compensation and People Committee. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cummins Inc., a global power leader that designs, manufactures, distributes and services engines and related technologies, from 2008 to 2019.
He joined Cummins in 1987 and held a broad range of financial leadership positions, including serving as vice president, engine business controller, and executive director, power generation business controller. His experience spans financial reporting, public accounting, capital markets, investment management and investor relations.
He currently serves on the board of Corteva, Inc., and prior to joining that board he served as a director of E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company, Inc., remaining a board member through its merger with DowDuPont Inc.
