Paul R. Lundstrom served as Chief Financial Officer of Flex until his resignation, effective July 31, 2024, to pursue another career opportunity. He notified the company of his resignation on July 19, 2024, and Jaime Martinez was named Interim Chief Financial Officer effective August 1, 2024 while the company conducted a search for a new CFO.
