Ian Tickle was appointed to serve as Freshworks' Chief Revenue Officer in March 2026, having previously served as Chief of Global Field Operations from June 2025 to March 2026 and as SVP and General Manager, International from July 2024 to June 2025.
He served as Executive Vice President, International of Matillion, a provider of cloud-native data integration and transformation software, from May 2023 to July 2024, and from 2016 to 2023 held various leadership roles at Domo, Inc., a cloud-based business intelligence and data visualization platform, including President, Revenue & Field Operations from June 2022 to May 2023 and Chief Revenue Officer and General Manager from November 2019 to June 2022. Prior to that he served as Vice President EMEA, SaaS Solutions for Oracle Corporation.
