Jennifer Taylor has served on the Freshworks board of directors since September 2021. Since September 2025 she has served as Chief Executive Officer of Mixpanel, a product analytics platform.
She previously served as President of Plaid Inc. from February 2024 to July 2025, as Chief Product Officer and Senior Vice President of Products at Cloudflare, Inc. from June 2017 until December 2023, and as Senior Vice President of Product Management for Data.com and Search at Salesforce.com, Inc. from August 2015 to June 2017. She holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
