Stacey Epstein served as Freshworks' Chief Marketing Officer beginning March 2021.
From August 2019 to February 2021 she served as Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer of ServiceMax, Inc., a field service management company, and from February 2019 to August 2019 as President of the Zinc Division of ServiceMax. From February 2016 to February 2019 she served as Chief Executive Officer of Zinc, Inc., a field service messaging company that was acquired by ServiceMax in February 2019. From June 2009 to November 2015 she served as Chief Marketing Officer at ServiceMax, and from May 2005 to June 2009 as Global Vice President of Marketing at SuccessFactors, a human resources management company that was acquired by SAP in December 2011. She holds a B.A. in English from Emory University.
