Richard J. Tobin has served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Dover Corporation, a diversified global manufacturer and solutions provider, since May 2018, and as a Dover director since 2016. He was previously Chief Executive Officer and a director of CNH Industrial N.V. from 2013 to 2018.
Before the integration of Fiat Industrial S.p.A. and CNH Global N.V., he was Group Chief Operating Officer of Fiat Industrial and President and Chief Executive Officer of CNH Global (from 2012), a role he took after two years as CNH Global's Chief Financial Officer, and earlier was Chief Financial Officer and Head of Information Technology at SGS S.A. from 2004 to 2010. He brings more than 30 years of international management and finance experience and serves on KeyCorp's Audit and Technology Committees.
