Gordon J. O'Brien has served as a director of Middleby since 2005 and as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board since 2019. He has been Managing Partner at Cannon Capital since 2017, served as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Re:Build Manufacturing, LLC from 2020 to mid-2022, and was President of Specialty Finance and Operations of American Capital Strategies from 2008 to 2017.

Julie M. Bowerman most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer, North America, for Kellanova, where she led the marketing organization and guided the commercial transformation tied to the company's separation from the Kellogg Company. Earlier she was Chief Global Digital Consumer and Customer Experience Officer for the Kellogg Company and spent more than 20 years at The Coca Cola Company in senior brand marketing, shopper marketing, and ecommerce roles.

Sarah Palisi Chapin has been Principal of Chapin Creative, LLC, a business incubation, strategy, and marketing advisory firm, since 2016. She previously served for seven years as Chief Executive Officer and a board member of Hail Merry, and earlier was Chief Executive Officer and then Chairman of Enersyst Development Center from 1995 to 2003.

Glenn A. Eisenberg served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Labcorp from June 2014 until December 2024, when he announced his retirement, and he currently serves there as a Special Advisor. He was previously Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of The Timken Company beginning in 2002, and earlier was President and Chief Operating Officer of United Dominion Industries.

Edward P. Garden is the Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Garden Investments. From 2005 to 2023 he served as Chief Investment Officer and Founding Partner of Trian Fund Management, and before that was Vice Chairman and Director of Triarc Companies, later working as a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Christopher M. Hix served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Enovis Corporation and its predecessor Colfax Corporation from 2016 to 2022. He was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of OM Group and of Robbins & Myers, and spent 14 years with Roper Industries in operating, financial, and strategic roles.

Cathy L. McCarthy has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cross Tack Consulting, Inc., a management consulting firm, since 2011. From 2007 to 2011 she was President and Chief Executive Officer of SM&A, and earlier served as its Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Corporate Secretary from 2005 to mid-2007.

Robert A. Nerbonne was formerly Chief Executive Officer and President of multiple commercial foodservice equipment companies. He was an officer and board member of Cooper-Atkins Corporation from 2014 to 2018, was Chief Executive Officer of Ali Group North America from 2009 to 2011, and was Group President, Americas of Enodis (today Welbilt) from 2002 to 2009.

Stephen R. Scherger has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Amcor plc since 2025. From 2015 to 2025 he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Graphic Packaging Holding Company, which he joined in April 2012 from MeadWestvaco Corporation, where he had worked from 1986 to 2012.

Tejas P. Shah has served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Palo Alto Labs, a management consulting firm specializing in AI-led product innovation, since 2025. He was previously Chief Information Officer of Fluence Energy Inc. from 2023 to 2025, Chief Information Officer at Tonal from 2022 to 2023, and held various roles at Arlo Technologies Inc. from 2018 to 2022.

Timothy J. FitzGerald has been Chief Executive Officer of The Middleby Corporation since February 2019. He previously held numerous positions with Middleby and its principal subsidiary Middleby Marshall Inc., including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2003 to 2019 and Corporate Controller from 1998 to 2003, and before joining Middleby was a manager with Arthur Andersen LLP for seven years.

Brittany C. Cerwin has been Chief Financial Officer of The Middleby Corporation since March 2026, having previously served as Chief Accounting Officer from May 2023 and Corporate Controller from 2018 to 2023. She joined Middleby in 2011 and advanced through roles of increasing responsibility in corporate accounting, and before that was an auditor at Grant Thornton from 2006 to 2011.

James K. Pool III has been Chief Technology and Operations Officer of The Middleby Corporation since February 2021. He previously served as Company Group President and President of TurboChef Technologies, LLC from 2011 to February 2021.

Steven P. Spittle has been Chief Commercial Officer of The Middleby Corporation since February 2021. He previously served as Group President of Pitco Frialator and G.S. Blodgett from March 2017 to February 2021 and as President of Pitco Frialator from April 2015 to May 2017.

Matthew R. Fuchsen has been Chief Development Officer of The Middleby Corporation since May 2023, and previously served as Vice President, Mergers, Acquisitions and Tax from February 2018 to May 2023 and as Vice President of Tax from March 2014 to February 2018. He has been announced as Chief Strategy Officer of the Middleby Food Processing business, effective upon completion of its spin-off.

Bryan E. Mittelman served as Chief Financial Officer of The Middleby Corporation from February 2019 until March 2026, and as Chief Accounting Officer from July 2018 to February 2019. Effective March 24, 2026, he transitioned to a non-officer position as Special Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer; before joining Middleby he was Vice President, Controller at Knowles Corporation and Corporate Controller at Morningstar, Inc.
