Brian M. DelGhiaccio was named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Republic Services in June 2020 and signs the 10-K as Principal Financial Officer. He has over 25 years of experience with Republic in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility.
He was named Executive Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer in June 2019. Before that he served as Vice President, Investor Relations from 2012 to 2014, progressed to Senior Vice President, Finance from 2014 to 2017, and then to Senior Vice President, Business Transformation in 2017. Prior to Republic he worked in the audit practice of Arthur Andersen.
