James P. Snee has been a director of Republic Services since July 2018, chairs the Finance Committee and serves on the Nominating & Corporate Governance and Talent & Compensation Committees. He is the former Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hormel Foods Corp., a global manufacturer and marketer of consumer-branded food.
He worked at Hormel Foods for over 30 years in a variety of executive management roles, including President and COO, Group Vice President and President of Hormel Foods International Corporation, and Vice President of Affiliated Business Units.
