Jennifer M. Kirk has been a director of Republic Services since July 2016, chairs the Audit Committee and serves on the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee. She serves as Chief Executive Officer of Exubrion Therapeutics, a company focused on advancing nuclear medicine therapies in the veterinary market.
In her prior role she was Senior Vice President, Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Medtronic plc for nearly five years. She has more than 25 years in finance and accounting roles, including over 20 years at Occidental Petroleum where she held positions including Senior Vice President of Integration and Value Capture, and began her career at Arthur Andersen LLP.
