Meenal A. Sethna has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Option Care Health, Inc., a provider of home and alternate site infusion services, since October 2025 and is responsible for finance and accounting, tax and treasury, investor relations, digital and information technology and internal audit.
She brings a rich background in accounting and finance, with deep experience in strategic planning; mergers & acquisitions; business growth; investor relations; risk management; and information technology. Ms. Sethna is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the University of Illinois-Urbana, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.
