Ricky D. Puckett retired in December 2017 from Snyder's-Lance, Inc., a snack foods manufacturer, where he had served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since December 2010, adding the role of Chief Administrative Officer, with responsibility for Human Resources and Legal, in 2014.
He brings extensive accounting and financial experience, including financial strategy and governance, plus deep understanding of mergers and acquisitions; strategic planning and analysis; commodity risk management; strategic information technology; organizational development; human resources; compensation management; and investor relations. He received his BA in Accounting and his MBA from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey.
