Wesley W. von Schack is the Chairman of AEGIS Insurance Services, a property and casualty mutual insurance company, a position he has held since 2007.
He served as the lead director of Edwards Lifesciences Corporation from 2010 to May 2020. Dr. von Schack served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Energy East Corporation from 1996 to September 2009. He served as a director of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation from 2007 through April 2016 and Mellon Financial Corporation from 1989 to 2007.
Dr. von Schack is a member of Teledyne's Nominating and Governance Committee and Personnel and Compensation Committee.
