Dallas S. Clement is an independent director, Chair of the Audit Committee and an Audit Committee financial expert. He brings extensive audit, accounting and financial-reporting experience along with broad enterprise-risk and technology oversight.
He is President and Chief Financial Officer of Cox Enterprises, Inc., a role he has held since 2022, having previously served as its Executive Vice President and CFO. Earlier he was EVP and CFO of Cox Automotive and CFO of Autotrader Group, and spent more than two decades in various roles at Cox Communications, including EVP and Chief Strategy and Product Management Officer.
