Jonathan M. Pruzan is an independent director and a risk-management expert. He brings three decades of financial-services, banking and capital-markets expertise, including senior executive roles at Morgan Stanley.
He is Co-President of Pretium Partners, LLC, an alternative investment manager, a role he has held since 2023. At Morgan Stanley he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and as Head of Corporate Strategy, having earlier co-headed the firm's Global Financial Institutions Group.
