Chorus.ai operates in Conversation intelligence, is based in United States. Chorus.ai, operated by AffectLayer, Inc., is a conversation-intelligence platform that records, transcribes, and analyzes sales calls and meetings to coach revenue teams and surface deal insights. ZoomInfo acquired substantially all of its net assets on July 12, 2021, announcing the transaction on July 13, 2021, to add a new category of engagement insight to its go-to-market platform. After a tax-related purchase-price adjustment, total cash consideration was $547.4 million; the deal was originally announced at approximately $575 million and cash paid at closing was funded partly with $225 million of revolving-credit borrowings.
