Adolfo Villagomez has been the Company's Chief Executive Officer since May 2025. The Board appointed him on May 7, 2025, effective May 12, 2025; founder James F. McCann continued as Executive Chairman.
He has worked for more than two decades in leadership positions driving digital transformations, combining data-driven business strategies with digital expertise and proficiency in leading consumer-facing businesses.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
