Eugene F. DeMark has been a Director of the Company since January 2012. He worked for KPMG LLP from June 1969 until his retirement in October 2009, serving as the Advisory Northeast Area Managing Partner from October 2005 until his retirement.
During his KPMG career he served in various leadership positions including Area Managing Partner of the Information, Communications and Electronics Practice and Managing Partner and Partner in charge of Audit of the firm's Long Island office. Since retirement he has been an independent consultant.
He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and qualifies as an audit committee financial expert.
