Larry Zarin has been a Director of the Company since March 2009. He was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Express Scripts, a Fortune 20 company, until his retirement in July 2013.
He joined Express Scripts in 1996 and had a leading role in the successful integration of the company's numerous major acquisitions, including the $29.1 billion acquisition of Medco. He was responsible for corporate communications and marketing.
Since stepping down from Express Scripts, Mr. Zarin has consulted with select enterprises on growth initiatives powered by distinguishing communication strategies.
