Michael R. Manley has been the Company's Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since July 2018.
He previously was a partner at Venable, LLP, a top national law firm, and a member of the firm's Corporate Group. His prior experience includes serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of CION Investment Management, LLC; Managing Director, Co-General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and/or Secretary for various entities at Plainfield Asset Management LLC; and President and General Counsel of PartMiner, Inc.
