Priscilla Kasenchak has served as the Company's Chief Accounting Officer since her appointment on April 24, 2025, and is Senior Vice President, Finance. She has served as the Company's Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller since September 2023.
Prior to joining the Company, she served as Chief Accounting Officer for both publicly traded and private equity-backed companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from Long Island University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
