Arnold A. Pinkston is an independent director of Bio-Rad Laboratories, serving on the Board since 2017. He is a member of the Legal & Regulatory Compliance Committee. He has over 30 years of experience at successful public companies.
Mr. Pinkston retired in July 2025 from his role as Corporate Vice President, General Counsel of Edwards Lifesciences Corporation, a global leader in patient-focused medical innovations for heart disease as well as critical care and surgical monitoring, where he had worked since July 2019. Prior to joining Edwards, he served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of CoreLogic, Inc., a global property information, analytics and data-enabled solutions provider, from January 2018 until June 2019. From 2011 until March 2015 he served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Allergan, Inc., a multi-specialty health care company. From 2005 until 2011 he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Beckman Coulter, Inc., a health care diagnostics and life sciences company. From 1994 until 2005 he held various positions at Eli Lilly and Company, a global pharmaceutical company, including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel.
The Company believes Mr. Pinkston's broad corporate governance, regulatory and M&A knowledge give him the qualifications and skills to serve as a director.
