Jeffrey L. Edwards is an independent director of Bio-Rad Laboratories, having served on the Board since 2017. He sits on the Audit, Compensation, and Legal & Regulatory Compliance Committees, and the Board has determined that he is an audit committee financial expert. He has over 35 years of public company experience.
Mr. Edwards retired from Allergan, Inc., a multi-specialty health care company, in February 2015 after nearly 22 years with the company. From September 2005 to August 2014 he served as Executive Vice President, Finance and Business Development, Chief Financial Officer at Allergan. From 2003 to 2005 he was Allergan's Corporate Vice President, Corporate Development, and he previously served as Senior Vice President, Treasury, Tax and Investor Relations. Prior to joining Allergan, Mr. Edwards was with Banque Paribas and Security Pacific National Bank, where he held various senior-level positions in the credit and business development functions.
